The Postdoctoral Research Training Program, the most extensive of the four programs, provides an opportunity for scientists and physicians from all over the world to spend a period of one to several years as postdoctoral research trainees or fellows. Many graduates of this program have gone on to become eminent scientists and physicians the world over.
